Aminah Williams added 10 points and 11 rebounds for Washington, which moves on in the single-elimination tournament.
Destiny King led Hawaii with 13 points and Kamilah Jackson had 10 points and eight rebounds. Shawn-Lei Kuehu was held to two points, going 1 for 5 from the field, to go along with five rebounds and five turnovers in 17 minutes of action.
The Rainbow Wahine, under third-year coach Laura Beeman, finished their season with a 17-14 record.
The Huskies were outrebounded 59-48 by Hawaii, but the Pac-12 team had 12 assists, six blocked shots and 11 steals. The Rainbow Wahine only had four assists and 21 turnovers against the quicker Huskies.
Washington shot only 33 percent (24 of 73) from the field while Hawaii had a nightmarish shooting performance, hitting a dismal 27 percent (17 of 64) from the floor, including 2 of 15 on 3-pointers.
The Huskies sank 7 of 22 treys and 12 of 19 free throws. The Rainbow Wahine were 14 of 25 from the line.
Washington moves on to play at Oregon (16-15) on Monday night in the WNIT.
